Ocean Therapy

The ocean beckons me, the enticing waves
Splashing and dancing, Sea breeze on my face

Silvery choppy at the surface, a contrast to the calm below
Trusting the process with one giant step, I jump into the blue
Into the depths of unfolding stories, the unknown
Of vibrant colours, rich marine life, a magical world awaits

Submerged in this endless body of water
All my woes and worries, washed away
The ocean heals my soul
Leaving me, forever wanting more

Surrounded by water, shades of blue
Constantly changing, constantly challenging
Surges and currents, a sudden shift from warm to cold
Observing little fish, I resist this urge to fight
Learning to let go, I learn to ride the wave

Humbled by the vastness of the ocean,
Oh! The mighty force
A reminder, how minuscule my existence is
A mere mortal, a fraction, a speck!
Accepting the fragility of my being, I surrender and embrace
Becoming one with the ocean
Just breathe and exhale

Sitting back, I reminiscence, the ocean, the waves, the hues
The radiance of the horizon meeting the shimmering seas
The immenseness of the universe, enriching the soul
A heart filled with gratitude, a dream to explore
Recharged, renewed and raring to go…
